hey i already have a basic idea of what kind of greens and animal proteins to feed, but if a few people could describe their box's diet and they feeding schedule that would be helpful.

Those I have indoors are fed every other day, those outside are fed 3-4 times a week depending on if they want to be fed. They let me know when they're hungry by following me around & they only do that if they're wanting food. :-x

I feed mikey every other day. He gets bugs one feeding, and then salad the next, and then bugs, and then salad. He only gets the bugs though if he ate his salad the time before. If he didn't eat his salad he gets a salad again. I dust his bugs with calcium every time he gets bugs, because he won't eat veggies if they have that yucky powder on them, lol. Once a week I do a multivitamin supplement on his bugs.
For salads he gets cactus pads (prickly pear i think they are), collared greens, dandelion greens, endive, escarole or mustard greens, (not all at once, I alternate the greens), carrots, green beans, peas, lima beans, various other veggies that I can't think of right now, for fruit he gets all kinds of berries, once in awhile some melon or catelope. For bugs he gets super worms, mealworms, crickets, hissing roaches (babies), once in awhile wax worms, and once or twice a month he gets a dethawed pinkie mouse or two.
