so here we go, a bit overdue

heres the picture update. im gonna try to get em all in one page.

first of all, the satanic hatchling (looks female) from july. this is the one that dropped its tail at about 2 weeks. the clutchmate never made it out of the egg.

and now the pair of henkeli that hatched out not too long before i moved, both of which are doing great. one looks almost exactly the same as the first 2 i hatched, the other has some green mottling.

and a lil update to the other satanic hatchling, a supposed male that hatched out in july (the clutchmate never developed at all, the egg had nothing but goo)

and heres the first pair of henks i hatched out, amazing how much they look like each other. as some of these get older, it will be nearly impossible to tell them apart!

and updated pics of my pair of satanics i hatched out in june. both are doing great, and the female seems to be growing a bit faster than the male.

finally, heres some newly set up enclosures. i guess i still owe pics of my new pair of corkbarks, but that will come in due time. first, theres the exo terra tank i set up for my mossies, was supposed to have a small pool of water in the front (where the gravel is), but that tank's seal wasnt water tight. so i have to fix that one of these days. the other is my huge henk enclosure redone, just a few more branches and a lil piece of corkbark. more stuff to jump around on.

i sure hope everything works with this post!

i just had another satanic hatch out tonight, minutes ago! that followed 2 cresteds that hatched out closer to 8:00pm, which was preceded by the hatching of 2 more cresteds 2 nights ago!

man, it gets so busy around here!

hopefully this one's clutchmate will make it, cuz neither of the clutchmates from the previous 2 made it.

and yes, eve....pics will be up soon tomorrow after he changes his clothes

and the clutchmate made it out tonight. these differences in hatch dates are throwing me off a bit, but as long as they're making it out, im a happy camper.

that's 9 eggs for the season, 1 never finished developing in the egg, 1 never developed at all, and then the first of the season recently died due to those neurological problems. hopefully no more of that!

the best part is that i think i hatched out 2 females so far this season, so that means if they stay strong ill be able to work on that 2nd generation CB in about 2 years....too long of a wait!
