My recently acquired juvenile sulcata's beak will rub against each together when he eats creating quite an audible clicking noise.
Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

I wouldn't be overly concerned as long as your tort. looks normal and is eating fine. All my tort's and boxies will click at times, some more than other. If you are relatively inexperienced with tort's I would have yours examined by a long time herper or veterinarian to verify that everything is normal. With all the inappropriately kept sulcatas out there, abnormalities are not uncommon.
