Should turkey be cooked before feeding it to tegus? How about canned turkey? Thanks for input and help here!=)
You can feed raw I have with no problems dressed with an egg yolk on the top. But from what I've heard that isnt that good if you buy it raw you should freeze it first in order to kill any bad things its housing.
Pick up 93% (or better) lean ground turkey. Take some turkey and put it on a plate. Mix in some vitamen and calcium supplements and serve. It's that easy.
Note that turkey should not be the only 'food' but it does work well as part of a varied diet.
