What kind of camera are you using?

I've been in dire need of a new camera for so long, but I'm pretty much a point and shoot kinda girl still not ready for a real camera. These were taken with a Canon Powershot S1 - I'm still trying to figure out how to focus on full zoom (LOL).

Hypos are not easy to shoot either - too much flash and he'd get washed out, too little and he got all dark - luckily he was good enough to sit still for me while I tried to get it right.
