Very Nice, i'm gonna have to add 2 or 3 of those to my collection.
It's obvious he really puts the feedbag on Steve, he looks great and if he keeps the pace with the food program he is gonna be a king-sized alterna! Nice to see your post over in the Gray Banded forum, I know there are a lot of superb generic alterna being produced but rarely does anyone show them off over there. Could be that there is rarely a response if anyone posts about their non-locality specific animals. Hate to say it but it is kind of a shame really. I bet a non-locality specific sub-forum would ramp things up a bit! I gave ya a response over there though...
Anyhoooooo........... here is a new clutch of blair's phase just post-shed. Dark female Pandale dirt road x dark generic male. Both 5 year olds, female's first clutch. Most, if not all of these should develop their parents dark ground color and I expect a few to be exceptionally nice. Nice big, healthy babies.

I really like the light grey those babies have now. And that male adult is SSSmmmmoookin. You are right is't too bad the non-locals don't get much attention over there.
I have a pair of local specific greybands. They came from........................................... TEXAS...., uh the southern part. LOL

...I agree, that male is pretty hot. Pretty hot in the romper room too, great breeder. He gets right after 'em and stays with it for a good long while. Pretty pleased with that one. His black borders dramatically reduce towards the head which is ultra cool... the red on his nuchal almost completely obscures the black border. A couple of those babies have it also. The female will get her light phase Pandale male next year, so some of those should hold the light ground color.
Your alterna phase pair are outstanding as well! Very nice blue/gray color and the speckling on the one is REEEEEal nice! I see a lot of interesting surprises in store for you with that pair. Love that color... the high white examples are pretty darn incredible too. Alterna are FAR from boring as some tend to think. Some of the "designer" generics that are produced are quite impressive to say the least, lot of potential with these guys.
