Looks like one of the Holbrookia species. (Earless lizards). Not sure on a species level, though.

it has ears so it is most likely a zebra tail(ed) lizard, which is a close relative of the earless lizards.

I also believe it is a Zebra-Tailed Lizard, Callisaurus draconoides. There are subspecies of this lizard but the listing varies depending on who you consult.
