Sexing Hatchlings?

I just had a small clutch of western hog eggs hatch. How do I sex them? I was hoping that I could visually tell like the adults, with the long and short tail thing, but it dosent work with the babys. I tried to pop them, but I'm afraid that I will hurt them. Is popping the only method of sexing?
