Cute! I have had a female for over 12 years now. Just a picky point - Vietnamese Leaf Turtle is sometimes applied to the Stripe-necked Leaf Turtle, Cyclemmys tcheponensis. Your turtle was officially called the Black-breasted Leaf Turtle, although common names may change from time to time and it does, in fact, occur in Vietnam.

I don't know if you have observed this, but they lay a relatively huge egg that is nealrly half their carapace length.
