I just bought three gecks all born in march but the male I think was ealry march female were 23,24th well the fema are 16 and 21 grams and the male is 31. Is that goow weight growth?

All babies grow at different speeds. If they are eating well, and gaining weight, and have thick tails then yes, those would be good weights for them individually.
