What would the predicted offspring be if you bred a normal black rat het for leucistic to a leucistic black rat?
I think leucistic is recessive for the black rat (never informed or breed but pretty sure it is).
So you would have 50/50 between leucistic and 100% het leucistic.
Do the punnet square
l = leucistic recesive trait
N = normal trait
| l | N |
l | ll | lN |
l | ll | lN |
if both were het for something else you don't know like albino that would complicate a little bit the thing but it's kinda easy to do the punnet square, it's get more complicated when you have 3 genes.
