what should i use to heat with? long

i need a way to get better bellie heat for my leos. right now i only have an over tank heat buld and that keeps the air at 88-89 but the ground is colder and only around 78-80, do i need to get a uth or should i install heat tape?? with heat tape do i need to have ventilation under the tank? does it need to be suspended and not touch the tank? or does it go behind the cage? thanx in advance.

88-90 sounds good for air but they like the belly heat, an UTH would do, with a rheostat,sorry i dont know much about heat tape

i don't know anything about heat tape or heating pads, i've just used heat lights, so any info helps.

in that case heat pads are easy to install, just follow the directions on the package
