I have a few frogs that...

I caught as tadpoles in Oregon. They've been froglets for a couple of weeks now and I've been feeding them bloodworms. I've never had frogs before, so I wanted to make sure that I'm not over feeding them. I've been assuming that since they're normally surrounded by food in the wild, it's fine to feed them until they stop showing interest in the food item. I feed them this way twice a day, with each frog taking between three and six bloodworms per feeding. But I'm more familiar with snakes (admittedly much different from frogs) and they will keep eating as long as you keep giving them food until they make themselves physically ill. So I wanted to double check that my feeding pattern was acceptable.

Also, I was curious if anyone knew what kind of frogs they might be. I don't have any pictures, but they're a bright light green with black stripes starting at the tips of their noses and running back over their eyes and down their sides. Their skin is smooth, rather than warty. Thanks for any ideas and sorry for the long post!

HEllo. For my frogs, i generally feed them all they can eat about three times a week. Feed the smaller frogs every other day. They will stop, but frogs can get obese! Also, i have no clue what they could be from that description, maybe
bullfrogs
spotted frogs
cascades frogs
leopard frogs

good luck!

I have no idea what's going on. It's more fun that way.

Thanks for the help! I was worried about obesity.
