I've never actually tried it, and I hear it's pretty gross. But if it works then why not...

Basically bug juice is blended, gutloaded insects (crickets, supers, meal worms, wax worms, etc.) mixed with Pedialyte or Gatorade, calcium, and vitamins. Give orally with an eye dropper or a syringe without the needle.

Good luck.

i was just going to suggest using a baby bird formula, its used for baby parrots, you can get it at your local "pethell" i have used this on sick dragons, certianly it could be used on chams too, they usually will lap it right up. hope your baby gets to feeling better, let us know how she makes out.

just buy the baby parrot food, you can mix it with pedialyte and water, this really helps hydrate them and get the weight on them, its full of protein and good stuff, it can help jump start her, certianly can give her energy to help her hang on to her vines and branches. When you feed it feed it from a no needle syringe, start with a small amount and wait an hour or two and give her some more, they usually really love the stuff and will eat a lot of it, i have found feeding small amounts more often is best rather then a lot all at once, especially for an animal that hasnt eaten in awhile. You should also offer her pedialyte seperatly in a syringe to help rehydrate her, hope that this helps some.

will carry pedialyte, i would buy the single's simply because once you open a big bottle you have only some time to use it before it expires, the single drinks are much better you can get kaytee or zupreem brand parrot forumla, i buy the large parrot formula. Its good stuff, my parrots still love a handfeeding every so often with it, they act like little babies, is very funny. Anyhow i hope your cham gets to feeling much better, do keep us posted.
