The origal albino viridis was collected in Sundown, Texas. There have been others collected in northern states years ago, but none ever bred. My hypo was collected in Roosevelt county, NM. I have never heard where the others were collected. The caramel albino was a result of breeding the hypo to an albino. It resulted in a 1st generation mutation. Contrary to what some are posting there is only one albino viridis strain.
Hope this helps.
