New white spot...

OC-Balls Aug 17, 2005 03:47 PM

One of my girls just shed, and she has a new white spot.
It's the size of 1 scale, and it actually looks like the scale is missing.
Is it common to loose scales during a shed? (she shed in one clean piece).
Or could this be something else?
I'd take a picture, but I lost my camera! @#&%#@$

Thanks,
Ken

Just a thought, did ya check the shed skin for the scale? If there was no bleeding I would think it will be fine.

I didn't check the shed, I'll try that when I get home tonight. Might be difficult, the shed skin is all rolled up, and her scales are only about 1/8".
There was no blood, and she looks fine!
Thanks for the suggestion,
Ken
