Looks like a rattlesnake to me
...just kidding. Not exactly sure of the species however, it looks like it just got done enjoying a good meal.
Nice picture by the way!

Well, it's either a patternless specimen of something, or a hybrid. I've seen copperhead/timber hybrids and they were more gray, but that head is remarkably Ag-like. Could it be a more mature product of the hybrid between a copper and timber? The vegetation could obviously have been set up in captivity, but it doesn't look very arid. That's why I'm tending to learn more toward an eastern animal. Let us know.

Tigris X something?
np
Crotalus stejnegeri ? Never seen one, but looks like a fairly long tail, maybe the dimensions are thrown off by the large meal.
np
lepidus morulus variation or morulusXpanamint maybe?
np
Crotalus aquilus? Is it a cross of species? Subspecies?
np
It looks like a really light Agkistrodon with a little rattle glued to it's tail.
