Thanks for sharing.

I think snakes are very pretty. My parents are afraid of them and made me have a general fear of them. Then I got married and seen my husband handling a red tail boa, now I love them. My husband catches wild snakes (nonvenomous) for me to hold and my parents are probably pretty curious about this with the extra knowledge. They live in Alaska where reptiles don't abound.

My husband and I caught and released this kingsnake in the Great Basin while backpacking just this week.

I had to share it where ever I happened to be posting.

My husband emailed Great Basin Nat'l Park's herptologist, the BLM, and NDOW.

If you seen the actual size photos, 2000X1500, its almost lifesize!
