what is the proper incubation temperature for eggs and how long is the incubation time?

Mine, San Diegos, were laid the week before Memorial day and hatched 7/13. I kept them around 78-80 degrees in moist pearlite and vermiculite mix. (not wet,moist!)a pinch of the mix should produce a drop of water.
