Hello all, I am new to pyros and thinking about purchasing a pair of het Applegates and was wondering if newborn pinks are too big and if so what to feed them. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

They'll eat small pinks, but you may have to lizard scent or use other methods to get them started...

no prob it they should take a fresh little pinky........no prob.... they are nice snakes...here is my kids...pryo

Thanks again guys for the info.
If you were to buy a pair of hatchlings they should already be established pinkie eaters. Once you get to the point of producing baby pyros then its your job to get them started, but they can eats pinks with no problem. The Applegate animals are very nice and a pair of hets would be a great place to start. Lots of other new morphs coming along with pyros as well.
