Hi, I have a temporary outdoor "yard" just like the one Cdp75 posted on May 15, 2005. I have it on my deck so I can keep an eye on my tort whose name is Herman. Today I put Herman outside to graze and I noticed he wasn't walking around and checking things out as normal so I went to check on him. I lifted him up and saw tiny little ants all over him and his shell. I quickly put him in a warm bath for a soak and this forced the ants to run to his shell where I killed them and got them off. I am not sure if these little ants were biting him and that is why he wasn't moving or what. Anyway, I just went digging in my little outdoor garden on my deck and the ants have inhabited the place. What do I do? Any suggestions? I am thinking I might have to dig the whole thing out and start over. Any thoughts would be appreciated on how to keep the ants away!
