sexing Basilisks?

i rescue herps all the time and i think i hve a home for 2 Basilisks i just rescued if they are male, but i see no pores or bulges, im used to beardies, leos and iggys. im assuming it would be the same but i thought id ask

In males, the femoral pores are usually larger or more readily visible than in the female.
These pores are located on the rear thighs near or just above the cloacal vent. Another visual clue may be found at the base of the tail.

Male lizards will generally have a thicker tail base than female lizards because of the presence of hemipenes.

I had found this I a care sheet, So yes I believe they are jsut like most other lizards as far as looking at the pores (like beardies ) as you said.
