Too hot. I'd lower the temps to low 80's.

I agree too hot,
Im trying to figure out why you thought anything was wrong in the first place because the snake hid under the bedding all the time?
How old is the snake? I would make the hot side 85 and the cool side 80 to 82 tops, does the snake prefer the cool side now?
Chris
Yeah I'm having trouble picking out the problem also. If it was that all he does is hide in his bedding, that's perfectly normal. Bloods will spend almost all of their time hiding, provided they have a suitable place to do so. All I ever see of mine are their heads sticking out of their hide spots, except when I bring them out to handle them. As far as drinking, I rarely if ever actually see mine drinking. I would assume they do that at night or when I'm not around since they're all healthy. The thing you should pay attention to is the humidity level. As long as they have a water bowl, they'll take a drink when they need it. -chris-
he is a baby and right now he is in the hot side of the tank. but the temps are now in the mid 80s. well u can say i noob at bloods but the care sheets said they need a hot spot in the 90 i got it from nerd. well thanks
