During the day you want the warm side of your tank to be around 88, and the cool side to be around 78 or 79. During the night you want your temperatures to drop to the mid 70's, somewhere between 73 and 77. As far as humidity you're doing ok with it at 65%. There's no real reason you want your temperature to go above 90 unless you're trying to break an early stage respiratory infection. As far as how you want to get your cage to the proper temperature, I find heat tape works really well. It uses alot less electricity than heat lamps and it's easy to use. Heat lamps tend to affect your humidity levels while heat tape does not. If you do choose heat tape though, just make sure that whatever your cage is made out of can handle it. I know a guy that melted through a Vision cage with heat tape. Just make sure before applying it.
