Now that I've figured out how to post a photo, and now that I am about to move to a new house and may not need it, I wanted to share this picture of my tegu Jujuy (hoo-hoo-ee)
using her cat door. She goes out the back of her hide box whenever she likes into a screened and tegu proofed sun room. She usually goes out there to poop, not 100 percent though. Your tegus may be 4 feet long, but mine is almost housebroken! Wait till you see what I build for her and her new buddy, soon to arrive from sunshineherps, at my new house.

my tegu Taz is around 4'7" and is pretty much house broken also.

Hey thanks for all your responses. O.K so I'm not the only one with a genius tegu. Yes, greg, I am getting Humberto's male blue. He will be arriving this next week. I am so excited I can hardly stand it. Jujuy likes company so she will be glad to see him too.
