(That's just foul. I would never for a second let my snakes live in those conditions. Why is it that everytime I hear a horror story, more often than not it involves a ball python?
If I were you, I'd find his snakes new homes while he was gone. Maybe that's extreme, but no animal should be subjected to that sort of neglect.)
youre right, i probably should but that wouldnt be right. everyone has the right to face their accuser and this is no different. id rather be the honorable person and say "Youve got to take better care of your snakes" rather than "i gave all of your snakes away while you were gone and unable to do anything about it". Some of you may disagree with that, but i would like to think that everyone should get at least a "warning" so to speak, before doing something rash. Besides, doing something like that would be disrespectful and in some places would be considered theft.
As for whats going on with the snakes, i cleaned out all of the tanks and managed to get 60% of them eating with a couple eating more than one.
