I did not go down to Florida but obviously Daytona is a great show for Ball fans. What other shows are worth checking out on the east coast?

Where exactly are you located on the east coast? There are quite a few worth going to. The Carolina reptile and exotic animal shows are good, as is the mid-atlantic reptile show in Timonium, MD coming up next month. I also highly recommend the Northern Berks reptile shows in Hamburg, PA.

I am in Pa. I have been to Hamburg three or four times. I went to most a few years back before I got into Balls and one this Spring before much was hatched out. From what I have seen it is worth checking out but I think it is over rated or maybe I expect too much.
The shows here in western Pa. could be good if the crowd ever spent any money, but they don't so less vendors come and the ones that come have to bring mostly low end stuff. Oh, and the shows keep getting further and further from Pittsburgh, hidden in the middle of back ass no where.
