cleaning my baby common snapper's tank

start2finish01 Aug 22, 2005 12:50 AM

I recently cleaned my snapper's tank with a little bleach and rinsed it out. I also recall using some wipe out 2 spray and rinsing it, but I now notice the glass has some white film that will not come off with windex or anything. Does anyone know what might have happened? any advice? thanks

That is most likely calcium build up. Use a water/vinegar solution and scrub the white areas. Use a damp rag to wipe off. That should do the trick. Make sure to rinse the tank well afterwards.
