it was cool, gotta drive the car... o yeah, the reptiles! no chucks... got there round 1:00, but i did see sooo many desert iggies it was awsome! got pics, but comp isnt recognizing digital camera, so itll be awhile. i caught-AND-realeased one igg, a fair-sized male(i think) unless females have started doin pushups to males...it was 117F when i was hunting it, no shade or water, crawling hands-n-knees on baking gravel, and those bushes scratch like a mad cat, but the chase was great. i traked the one for ke an hour! i saw a neat lookin old male, but no photo. he was missing his tail, had a big crest, lots of red, huge leg muscles man, when i was chasin the one guy we ran to this bush with the old dude in it and all he did was puff up and hiss at us! they were all very tolerant of approach and photo graph, even at 117F, could it be they are too used to seeing human? it was along an extremely frequented trail. ill post pics asap.
