They finally hatched! Little Baby Chucks

thommy Aug 22, 2005 05:19 AM

Hi,

maybe some of you will remember that I've got surprised to see my 2Year old chucks mate and the female laying some fertile eggs. I had 7 eggs, 1 got cracked but the rest looked fine. At Saturday the first hatched, today 4 babys are out of eggs, 1 head pops out and one egg still lays in the substrate-box. I think I really had some luck this year with them.
I've got some pics for you, it's unbelieveable how cute those tiny chucks are. Have a look.

Greets Tom

They are gorgeous! Excellent photo of the one hatching. I hope the others eggs hatch out healthy as well.
