Have you found that the bicolor pattern does get inherited to some degree? In other words, if you breed two more or less bicolors together, will there likely be some small percentage of young that are bicolor to the same degree as the parents?

I would imagine it is similar to patterns in Cal kings, where blending of patterns as well as extremes can occur in one clutch.

It's my understanding that it's kinda "hit and miss". Breeding two Halloween Pueblans together doesn't guarantee that you'll get halloweens...in fact, sometimes you don't egt any- just normal looking hatchlings.... other times you get them.

I'm trying to "work' with them also and have talked with a few breeders. Like you mentioned above...great variety within a clutch. The same parents that produced all normals the clutch before may produce a ton of halloweens in the next batch.

High Serria Reptiles has a short article on them. He produces soemthing he calls a "reverse halloween" (Black with thin orange bands)...claims this one is alot "more genetic" than the regular halloween morph.

I'm hoping to talk to more breeders about this morph also. I'm picking up 2 more halloweens today!
