Can someone point me in the right direction as far as care for these guys?

A lady came into the petstore where I work at and dumped him on me. He is big boy, I'll measure him later. Probally 9+ inches.

I am going to set him up in a 20 gallon tank with damp soil(perlite/fertilizer free, of course), maybe some cork slabs for hiding and then a large shallow water dish. Sound good?

I am new to amphibians. I usually only keep snakes and geckos, but this little guy is really cool. Pics later.

He has some awesome coloring. He ate some crickets last night. I measured him about 10 and a 1/2 inches.

Enclosure looks good. Just make sure he doesn't dry out. They can eat just about any insect and maybe the occasional pinky mouse. Yours looks to be a barred tiger but not sure on locale as there range is wide. I keep my 2 in rubbermaid shoeboxes(separate of course) with a gravel substrate with water filled just below the surface, moss and ornamental hiding caves. They are a fascinating salamander that live 20 yrs. They spend much of their time underground in tunnels only coming to the surface to breed in predatorless waters or when it rains heavily. When I lived in IN I would go to breeding ponds in Jan. & Feb.(when ice still covered the ponds) and you could see the adults swimming under the ice. Enjoy your sallie and here's 2 pics of mine
