feeding

Hi wonder if anyone can help,
i have 2 bearded dragons, i year old, thor hence the name and freya (housed seperately) when they were younger we tried them on locusts which they seem to love, so we kept on with them but now that is all they will take, they won't touch crickets. How can i get them back on crickets as they are costing me a fortune in locusts. freya will take one off tweezers then relize what she's eating and take no more and thor just point blank turns his nose up at them.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
thanks

being a year old, your dragons should be eating mostly salads with 2-3 feedings of insects a week. You can try offering superworms, silkworms, butterworms as well as several species of small roaches and crickets. If you want them to eat insects other than locusts, I suggest stop offering locusts altogether and only offer other insect foods. Eventually they will eat other things or they will just have salads to eat.

thanks was thinkin along of lines of just stopping them didn't want to just give them no insects, they take waxworms which i give them in moderation as there fatty, so guess there just have to hate me for a week or two and have just there salads and a few waxworms.
thanks
