I just built an enclosure that is about 40 feet squared and has two different compartments that my guy can go in and out of. It was really inexpensive to build, all it took was about 16 angle fasteners and 1-9x4.5 peace of wood, pressed wood i think from home depot, all for just under $30. They will cut it any way you want it. Its made buy attaching two peices of the wood to each other and the fastening the wood to the corner of a room. Ill send you some pictures if you want. were just pusting the finnishing touches on it right now. Let me know.
