Perhaps one of the herp societies in that state could be of help. Here's a URL that leads to some of them in that state.

Try the Michigan Herp Society,

You could also try posting this question on the Herp Law forum here at Kingsnake.

The DNR site for the state of Michigan is but there isn't much there
http://www.michigan.gov/dnr

As the 3 species you mention are not native, nor venomous, you'd probably be okay with them. But I would make sure that I had all of my documentation in one place if you ever needed it.

I happen to live in michigan so your lucky. Question is what part of michigan are you moving to? Laws vary by city. For example detroit and its outlying suburia have a very strict no exotics law. As far as state law goes, Michigan only requires the health certificate. Department of Natural Resources told me that since they are not native to Michigan there are no laws governing them except for possible local statutes. Hence the evil detroit law. I have family who own leopards in detroit and have never had problems. But i do know that exotics like gators, kamen's some type of turtles are illeagal.
