For those who have had eggs hatch late after shed date, do you find they hatch any earlier? I have a clutch being laid right now from a female that was due August 11 - 12 days late.

Mine laid eggs like on day 31 or 32 after prelay shed. the snakes popped their heads out on day 56, which I think is average time.

I didn't figure it did. I attribute it to development time. Some need more while others need less. I'm still surprised at how odd my season has been. My first clutch hatched in July and I'm still getting eggs. All cooled exactly the same way. Go figure.
