i was wondering what type of water would be best for a tokay seeing as i have hard water and it leaves white spots on the side of the glass ... just wondering what would be a good choice.

i am not an expert by any means...i just tell my opinions and what i have heard/read from caresheets.
1.1 leopard geckos- axl and candy
1.1 golden geckos- hershey and cocoa
0.1 tokay- blitz

i usually just go to the grocery store and fill up a 5 gal. jug of drinking water every week for all of my reptiles. still leaves marks on the glass, but nothing like the marks the hard water will.

just re-wetting the sides, and running a new, sharp scraper blade along the glass from top to bottom will atleast push it down to substrate level. that is what i was doing on my mossy and lined leaftail gecko cages.
A dry rag and a little elbow grease?
