CAREFRESH for BABY BEARDIES??????

What do you guys think about the use of CareFresh as a substrate for baby beardies.

probably would be easy to ingest for them being that its all in peices, also not so easy to keep clean,i would go for plain ole papertowels for babies, i think thats your best bet, or go buy a roll of butchers paper, also a great thing to use.

I wouldn't use any substrate that wasn't a large single piece (paper towels, carpet, etc.)

It's not worth the risk.

i have no experience with lizards on this bedding, but i had some baby pheasants and they injested it, and minutes later they died, some of them injesting big pieces exploded in a way. it was gross. The carefresh expands when wet, made mostly for small animals . Its good for them, but i would not risk it for a beardie.
