Can someone give me a list of vegetables that bearedies eat .What type of greens .can they have fruits .what is the best ones for them. thanks John .

For staple food I stick to crickets, slikworms, veggies I would stick to collard, mustard, dandelion greens. Then for moderate veggies I feed mine swiss chards, romaine lettuce, turnip greens, and kale when he was young. For fruit I feed that in moderation also and I stick to apples, seedless grapes (skined), melons of any kind, kiwi, blue berries and strawberries. This list of foods works for me so hope it helps you.
