I'll be picking me up an adult male Mexican Black King in about a week. Wonder if I can teach mine to lasso the rodent by the tail like yours does? I've been wanting me a nice nigrita for a while now, so I'll post pics when I get him. He's around 4 to 4 1/2 feet.

Yea I admit it, I'm a big colubrid lover, especially getula kings. Nothing more relaxing then coming home and feeding/holding the snakes. Let's see for kings I have one Gray Band, three Eastern Kings, one Outer Banks King, one speckled king, one Florida/brooks king. And in about a week I'll have one Mexican Black King.
Non-kings I have are a Western Hognose, Red-Sided Gartersnake, a couple of cornsnakes, a Mexican Milksnake, Bairdi Ratsnake, and a Black Ratsnake. I'm sure my list is just a tad smaller then your collection, LOL

That's very nice collection, don't get crazy like i am,lol,
I was hoping to score some oregon red spotted sirtalis this tear but the army corp of engineers drained the local swamp, bummer.

I never really thought about Garters, but some of these sirtalis are really a joy to keep. My red-sided switched to rodents by her third feeding, and there's no looking back now. Very aggressive feeder. They seem to be very active & alert. On the small side to start, but if you get a female of one of the larger species, they can get a nice three feet or better.

Steve... Is your red sided on pinkies... or pinky parts?

I got some pics of my Flame Eastern, Erythristic Eastern and one of my Het Albino Easterns. Should have them up within a few days...

Mike, she is on pinky parts. I believe she could take a whole pinkie if I had the small new born pinks, but as of now all I have is large pinks. As fast as she's growing, it will come soon enough. I look forward to seeing some of yours on the Garter forum. I'm sure those flame Easterns are stunning.
