Do i need to get them dewormed? Found this....rtb's

Got home from vacation and this was on the bottom of their water dish, i just moved into a new house, so i imagine something weird is here. I quickly removed them, checked them over (red tails) and cleaned their cage out spraying it down with a de-miter (natural one).
They seem to be little larva, or maggots, i cant tell. They are always kept with the best husbandry, damn vacations, when you come back always something is wrong!
I removed the water pan and threw it away, here are pics.

Do i need to take them to be dewormed?

thanks,
Hunter

How is your boa doing in general? Bright, alert and active? I wouldn't worry at the moment. You may want to take that yellow segment in to the vet for identification /- a stool sample. If found to be a worm (looks like it may be a tapeworm segment) then deworming might be a good idea. I am unaware of tapeworms ever affecting snakes however.
Most worms need an intermediate host. If a tapeworm, it is likely a rodent or snake mite that is needed. This means that in a clean snake, without external parasites, will have a self-limiting worm infection.

Good luck with your snake

Thanks for the help. found everything out. They are pupae of fruit flies, which are rampit here this time of year and hatch in under a week, which explains it all. nothing to be afraid of, but still worming with pancur just to be on the safe side, time for it anyways. always best to be on the safeside!

thanks!
