Hi iv just started getting into hybridizing and was wondering if all you experts could post some pics of anything new.

Also has anyone tried hooding to hybridize.

I hatched out this girl this year.Apricot pueblan x Ruthveni x Cornsnake x California king.Cornsnake being the biggest percentage.

what % is the cornsnake influence

i lost 3 male corns to a het albino apricot publan this year, she killed them instantly, its hard getting hold of good introduction technique.

thats why im too scared to make hybrids with kings and milks

But if you want the king milk hybrids then i think you would have to expect little upsets now and then.
I did manage to get the said female milk mated with a corn in the end but still she laid 9 infertile eggs.
I still need someone to give me a few tips to help and limit these kind of loses.
But im sure even pro's like Mesozoic had teething problems and maybe still does.

Not that I condone hybrids or anything, but I had a female lavender Albino cal king with white bands that would eat any male that I tried to breed her with.

The solution was to take a semi clear 35MM film canister and drilled two vent holes in it. Then we taped that to the animals head using electrical tape because the electrical tape would not permanently attach to the scales.

Ok, now that I've given a suggestion to you hybridizers I feel l ike I need to go bathe.... I feel so dirty...

i sprayed him with water that the female milk had been soaking in, maybe that helped.

Yes she is but im sure i will be able to limit this type of behaviour as soon as i can pick up better techniques of introduction, (well i hope so) lol.
