Cotton looking substrate?

heartmountain Aug 24, 2005 01:57 PM

In all of these wonderful pics from daytona I keep seeing this white cotton looking substrate (NERD was using it). What is it and is it a permanent substrate or something they were just put on for the show to show off the animal? I'm currently using aspen or newspaper depending on the animal but if there's something better out now I'm always open for ideas.

As opposed to the brown/gray varieties. This was the first time we've used it for display substrate, and man did it make clean up so much easier!

With regards to cage substrate, we use newspaper on all of our ball pythons.

HTH!
