My male albino is over 800 grams now and is not producing sperm plugs yet. Is there something I can do to stimulate his sperm production? Possibly introduce him to a female, or do I just continue to wait until he's ready?

LOL... Id put him in with the female and see what happens
not all male balls will show sperm plugs its just something
that is noticed on some animals to show they are capable of breeding.. The worst that can happen is he wont breed this season you dont put him with the females you'll never know.
