i posted a while back wondering about a scrub/chondro cross.if carpets can breed with chondros then why not scrubs?? i dont think the size difference should be an issue because if i did it,id use a dwarf scrub(best looking in my opinion anyway),they are about the size of a large chondro.as far as biologialy,i think scrubs are just as close to chondros as carpets,if not more so.they seem to be more chondro in behaviours(more arborial than carpets).im really not a hybrid person and i think carpondros are ugly compared to pure chondros,but being a chondro person,i cant help but wonder.besides,if a chondro hybrid had to be made,i think a dwark scrub/chondro would be prettier.i once saw a pic of a dwarf scrub that was really nice.bright green like a chondro only it was like a metalic green and instead of being all green like GTP'S,the skin inbetween each metalic green scale was black.really nice animal.anyway,i went to the hybrid forum like suggested but got nowhere there.they didnt seem to know jack.they were talking about ball python/chondros like it can really be done.i dont know why im obsessed with this thought,i dont think any chondro hybrid can look as nice as what mother nature created.when she made chondros she broke the mold so to speak.
