I finally got one- just for the record, the pyramiding was there when I got her/him...nice messy face in the fist shot- nice red glow from the heat lamp in the next:

Despite the pyramiding the tortie looks pretty healthy, nice heavy looking legs & all.
Our tortoise is just about that pyramided, she too was like that when we got her.
We love her though!
