I just returned from vacation and noticed that my yellow nigerian male had one pore that was popped out more than the others. I had a friend come every second day to feed him and his diet did not change when I was gone. Has anyone else had this happen? It never used to be like this. It isn't leaking anything, it is just really popped out of the skin. Any advice would be helpful, but i think i will take him to the vet. Please help!

femoral pores in males can pop out, and if they all do it, they can look like fringe on their legs. i am pretty sure that your little boy is just getting big
