1 UTH under the cave part (big enough to cover 1/3 of the cage)

1 rehostat to control UTH

1 black light -Not necessary UTH is enough i get perfect temps, its to high when a lamp is used also. Its a good idea to get a lorescent tho so you can acctually see inside the tank during the day. you wiil also need a timer for the light.

2 artificial plants (will replace with real plants in time)
Artificial are ok. Some live plants may increase the humidity which isnt good

2 small caves 1 for the warm en and one for the cool end

1 piece of driftwood

1 stick of wood

1 low water dish

1 food dish

1 bag of moss or other moisture holding substrate such as bed-a-beast or you cant just use paper towels

1 tupperware container with a hole in the lid big enough for the leo to enter (glad ware sandwich containers work well)

The reason for the moss and container is to create a humid hide to help the leo shed properly and to provide a humid place for it to hide. Humid hides come in hany because if the leo does not shed properly and has unshed shin on its toes or tail it can lose digets. To make the humid hide cut a hole in the lid o the container so the leo cant kick the substrate out, next put moss or whatever else in and mist it put the lid on and put it in the warm end of the tank and there you go you got a humid hide
substrate: paper towel and repti carpet.

I feed him calcium and d3 (use less often as the leo gets older) dusted crix and a bowl of mealies every day

once a week i dist with vitamins and minerals

a digital thermometer(good idea) & digital scale to keep track of weight to catch illness early on (optional) both cheaper @ walmart than petstores.
