Quick question for those involved in/with large breeding projects and the rearing of young/juveniles....

...Is there a significant size difference among bloodlines? I have a "Red Hypo" that came from Sandfire Ranch? (not exactly sure)...vs. a friend who picked up a baby several months ago that is your general, run of the mill, standard BD. His is of the same size, if not bigger than mine already. (Mine is approaching 3 years, his is ~ 8 months to a year). I am familiar with the many different color morphs, and know that they come from different stock...i.e... "German Giants" etc. I havn't heard of any "mathimatical tests" invloving the use of "standard deviations/variances" to determine if different bloodlines are bigger/smaller than others. Have you?

Thanks, Nick
