i was misting my baby pacman today and heard it chirp...does this mean it is a male or females chirp softly occasionally too?

i was misting my baby pacman today and heard it chirp...does this mean it is a male or females chirp softly occasionally too?
How old is it? Does it have dark spots under the chin and a puffy throat when doing it? Some females chirp when they are afraid, so it isn't a fact that it means it's a male. If it does it often when not afraid with a puffy throat then yes probally a male, but if it saw you and chirped it could just be a frightened female or male. Too hard to tell.

Its a little bigger than a half dollar. It doesnt seem that his/her throat is dark in coloration. I was spraying to moisten the substrate and it kind of jumped and chirped at me like back off all puffed up lol. I sure hope its a female. I finally found a ornate with lots of red! thanks for your help
